NHANES 2001-2002 UPDATED
Posted August 5th, 2005 by Jen Darragh in Data Archive Updates, NHANESThe National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2001-2002, Laboratory Component has been updated with several new file versions: PHPYPA (Urinary Phthalates), Lab 6HM (Heavy Metals), Lab 26 (Pesticides), and Lab 28 (Dioxins), Lab 40T4 (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone and Thyroxine). The data and documentation files for each have been downloaded and added to PopNet. The variable list and sample SAS code files were also updated as a result of these changes. Outdated files in SodaPop will be replaced ASAP.

A new set of files for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2001-2002, Questionnaire Component has been released: Dietary Supplement Use. This set has one main file, and five other separate files each pertaining to dietary supplements and usage. At this time, data files are only available for the main component and supplemental file “1.” Documentation is available for all files (all on PopNet). The Dietary Supplement Usage main file will be added to SodaPop ASAP.
