FIPS 55 SodaPop Collection Updated
Posted January 13th, 2006 by Jen Darragh in FIPS, SodaPop NewsThe FIPS 55 was withdrawn in February of 2005 and the guideline was redesigned with some significant changes. See the full text of the change notice for more information. All of the data files (combined and individual) that comprise the FIPS 55 were re-released in December of 2005. The combined file used in SodaPop has been replaced with the new version. Revised documentation, however, was not released by the GNIS along with the data.
A raw version of these data is not available on PopNet UNIX at this time, but will be added in the near future.
