The CDC has issued a comprehensive report on fertility, contraception, and fatherhood among men ages 15-44. The report is based on data from the 2002 National Survey of Family Growth, which includes men for the first time. Few women sterile after childhood cancer

A study recently published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism (May 2006) found that only a small percentage of women who survive childhood cancer become sterile as a result of their treatment (Reuters Health, May 30, 2006).
