America’s Children in Brief: Key National Indicators of Well-Being is an annual publication by the Federal Interagency Forum on Child and Family Statistics. Among the highlights from the 2006 brief: the adolescent birth rate has fallen to a record low and children’s second-hand smoke exposure has dropped.
