Report examines Latino immigrants’ attachment to home country
Posted October 29th, 2007 by Tara Murray in Latin America, MigrationThe majority of Latino immigrants are moderately attached to their home country, and levels of attachment are related to length of time in the US, whether the individual migrated as an adult or a child, and the country of origin, according to a new report from the Pew Hispanic Center. The report is based on new analyses of the Center’s 2006 National Survey of Latinos.
